By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include photography sessions, photo editing, and delivery of final images as specified in your service package.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due before or on the day of your session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Session Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse service if clients are disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive. Weather conditions may require rescheduling of outdoor sessions. We will work with you to find suitable alternative dates.

Image Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session via online gallery. Raw, unedited images are not provided. All images remain the property of Distinct Focus Photography with usage rights granted to the client.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure or venue restrictions.

Copyright

Distinct Focus Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.
